Attaching the Lenses

  • Wide-Angle Lens (0.45X):
    • Screw the wide-angle lens onto the macro lens to use together.
    • Attach the combined lens to your phone’s camera using the provided clip.
    • Ensure the lens aligns properly with the camera for clear, distortion-free images.
  • Macro Lens (12.5X):
    • Detach the wide-angle lens to use the macro function.
    • Place the lens very close to the subject (about 1-2 cm) for detailed close-up shots.

Taking Photos

  • Keep your hands steady or use a tripod for sharp images.
  • Adjust your phone’s focus manually if needed for a clearer image.
  • Use in good lighting conditions for the best results.

Cleaning the Lenses

  • Use a soft microfiber cloth to wipe off dust, fingerprints, or smudges.
  • Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals on the lens.

Storage & Handling

  • Keep the lenses in the protective case when not in use.
  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Avoid dropping the lens, as impact may cause scratches or misalignment.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • This product is covered by a 1-year service and 7-days replacement  limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
  • Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches or fading).
  • Damage due to misuse, dropping, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Scratches or damage from improper cleaning.
  • Water or liquid damage.

3. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact Customer Support
    • Provide proof of purchase, order details, and a description of the issue.
  2. Assessment & Approval
    • Our team may request photos, a video, or additional details for evaluation.
  3. Repair or Replacement
    • If approved, we will repair or replace the defective unit at our discretion.
    • Shipping fees may apply depending on the case.

4. Important Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs will void the warranty.
  • Out-of-warranty repairs may be available for a service fee.
