STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

1. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or error in pricing.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses. Nail Central Market is not responsible for delays or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

2. PAYMENT

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other payment processors.
  • Prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP), and applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

  • We strive for accurate product descriptions and images, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
  • Product availability and specifications may change without notice.

4. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

  • Returns and replacements are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Unsealed products cannot be returned or replaced unless they are damaged during delivery.
  • Replacements will not be granted for change of mind.
  • For damaged products, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. Proof of damage in the form of photos and videos may be required.

5. EXCLUSIONS

  • Water damage and physical damage (e.g., drops, scratches, impacts) are not covered under our return or replacement policy.
  • Nail Central Market is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, handling, or storage of products after delivery.

6. REFUNDS

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where a product is found to be defective, damaged during delivery (as per our Returns and Replacements policy), or if the order cannot be fulfilled by Nail Central Market.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by Nail Central Market (e.g., incorrect product shipped).
  • Refunds will take 7-10 business days to process after approval.

7. WARRANTY

  • Our electronic devices come with a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, subject to limitations stated in these Terms.
  • This warranty does not apply to non-electronic products, nor does it cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the extent permitted by law, Nail Central Market's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the value of the product purchased.
  • In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.

9. PRIVACY

  • By purchasing from Nail Central Market, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • We take your privacy seriously and will not share your details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • Nail Central Market reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
