- While most sealed item sales are considered final, exceptions apply in specific cases. For example, if a product is found to have a factory defect upon opening, if the wrong item was delivered, or if essential components are missing, customers are entitled to seek a resolution. All claims must be supported by proof such as a complete unboxing video, clear photos, and a description of the issue. Contact us immediately for assessment.
