What are your hours of operation?

  • ​We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Do I need to be certified to make a purchase? 

  • ​Yes. Since our products are designed for professional use, we require buyers to have proper certification o training in nail care and related services. This ensures that the tools and materials are used safely, effectively, and in line with industry standards.


Please note: Nail Central Market conducts random certification checks on orders. Make sure the name on your account matches your certification to avoid delays or cancellation.

Are your prices VAT inclusive?

What delivery options do you offer?

  • ​We currently offer the following delivery methods:


    • Standard Delivery via J&T Express
    • Same-Day Delivery through third-party couriers such as Grab, Lalamove, and similar services (booked by customers)
    • Self Pick-Up from our location (3rd Floor 463 E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave. Quezon City, Metro Manila 1113)

How long does shipping take?

    • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
    • Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days
    • International: Delivery time depends on the courier selected by the buyer
    • Please note: Shipping times may be extended during holidays, sale periods, or peak seasons due to high courier demand.

​What are the self-pickup hours?

  • ​Self-pickup is available from Tuesday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please wait for a pickup confirmation message from our staff before booking a third-party courier or heading to our office. All orders g through preparation and quality audit checks before they are cleared for release.


How much is the delivery fee?

  • ​​Delivery fees vary depending on order volume and weight. The exact fee is automatically computed during checkout.

Can you follow up on my delivery?

  • ​Absolutely! Contact our customer service anytime to get updates on your order status.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

  • ​Please contact us immediately so we can correct your delivery address before the order ships.

Return and Refunds



Do you accept returns and exchanges? 

  • ​We accommodate returns and exchanges subject to the type of item and the circumstances of the request. For detailed terms, conditions, and procedures, please refer to our Warranty Center.

How long does it take for refunds to be processed?

  • ​Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we received and checked the returned item.

Do your products have warranties?

  • ​Yes, warranty coverage depends on the product. Please check the product page,  our Warranty Center or ​contact us for details.

How can I prolong the quality of my drill bits?

  • ​To extend the life and performance of your drill bits, clean them regularly following proper sanitization and disinfection protocols, especially when used between clients. Always refer to the brand’s recommended maintenance guidelines for specific care instructions.


  • ​Proper storage is essential. Keep your bits in a dry, organized container to avoid damage and contamination. ​We also recommend having enough drill bits to last a full day of clients, so you’re not reusing the same bits ​multiple times in a day. This  protects the bits from premature wear.

How do I check if an item is available?

  • ​If an item is in stock, it will show as “Add to Cart” on the website. If it’s sold out, it will display as “Out of Stock” and cannot be added to your cart. For restock updates or specific product inquiries, feel free to contact us or follow ​us on Instagram for announcements.
