At Nail Central Market, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable products for nail professionals and enthusiasts. This Warranty Center was created to guide you through our warranty policy and assist you in filing a claim should any issue arise with your order.


Please review the warranty coverage details below. Coverage varies depending on the type of item.

General Warranty Guidelines


  •  Claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period depending on the item category.
    • All warranty claims must include:
    • Order number or valid proof of purchase
    • A complete unboxing video
    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
    • A short written description of the problem
  • Reports involving missing or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Valid claims may result in replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation, the condition of the item, and the duration since the item was received.
  • Items are quality-checked before shipping. For select devices, sealed packaging may be opened to conduct a final QA test to ensure functionality.
  • QA checks for devices are available upon request prior to shipping.

Item Categories and Coverage


Consumable Items (e.g., pointed cotton swabs, orange woodsticks, lint-free wipes):


  • These are small, hygienic items typically packed in containers.
  • The only reason we can accept claims for consumables is if hygiene is compromised when received. For example, if the product is received spoiled, shows visible contamination, or has manufacturing-related packaging issues. Claims for consumable items must be filed within 24 hours of receipt.
  • In case of eligible issues, replacement will be the first resolution option. A refund may be issued if the item is no longer available.


Interchangeable Parts and Brushes (e.g., drill bits, sanding bands, nail art brush):


  • These are parts subject to regular wear and tear.
  • Claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt if items arrive defective or unusable.
  • Replacements will be issued for eligible claims. A refund may be provided if the specific item is no longer available.
  • Proper care is expected as part of usage. Warranty does not cover dulling, rust, or bristle deformities due to normal use.


Devices (e.g., nail drills, curing lamps, e-files):


  • Covered by a 7-day warranty strictly for verified factory defects.
  • Devices may also be eligible for repair within 30 days of receipt for cases of malfunction not caused by misuse or external damage.
  • If a defect is confirmed within 7 days, a replacement will be issued first. A refund may be provided if the specific item is no longer available.
  • If the device requires parts replacement during the repair process, the customer will shoulder the cost of replacement parts.

What’s Covered



  • Verified factory defects (e.g., device doesn’t power on)
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Missing parts (must be reported within 24 hours)
  • Malfunctions not caused by misuse or external damage

What’s Not Covered



  • Change of mind (e.g., color, size, design)
  • Damage from misuse, drops, water, or improper handling
  • Issues from wrong voltage or plug use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Claims filed beyond the warranty period
  • Claims without sufficient supporting evidence
