Charging

  • Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging stand.
  • Place the e-file on the stand for a full charge (approx. 2 hours).
  • The indicator light will show charging status.

Powering On & Adjusting Speed

  • Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on/off.
  • Choose from three preset speeds or manually adjust using the control dial.

Using the Handpiece

  • Insert the appropriate drill bit securely before operation.
  • Ensure proper grip and apply gentle pressure for precision work.
  • Always start at a lower speed and gradually increase as needed.

Safe Operation

  • Avoid pressing too hard to prevent overheating.
  • Use in a well-ventilated area to avoid dust buildup.

  • This product is covered by a  1-year service and 7-days replacement limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
  • Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Applies to the E-File hand-piece, control unit, and charger.

2. What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., worn-out drill bits).
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Water or liquid damage.
  • Overheating due to prolonged high-speed use.
  • Battery degradation due to improper charging or storage.

  3. Repair or Replacement

4. Important Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.
  • Any unauthorized modifications or disassembly will void the warranty.
  • For out-of-warranty repairs, a service fee may be charged.
