1. Cleaning & Hygiene

Disposable files should be replaced after each use to prevent cross-contamination.
The wooden base can be wiped with a disinfectant after each use to maintain hygiene.

Keep the files and base in a dry, clean container to avoid moisture damage.
Store away from direct sunlight and high humidity to preserve file integrity.

1. Coverage

The wooden base is covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 7-days replacement from the date of purchase.
Disposable files are not covered under warranty due to their single-use nature.

2. What’s Covered?

✔ Defects in materials or workmanship (wooden base only).

✔ Issues affecting the performance of the wooden base.

3. What’s Not Covered?

✘ Normal wear and tear of disposable files.

✘ Damage due to improper storage or misuse.

✘ Exposure to excessive moisture leading to material degradation.
