  • Use 180 grit for shaping and refining.

  • Dispose of the used file after each client/session to ensure hygiene.

  • Disposable files are single-use – replace after each use.
  • Wooden bases can be wiped with a disinfectant but should not be soaked.

2. Storage

  • Keep in a clean, dry place to maintain the quality of the files.
  • Store away from moisture and direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.

1. Coverage

  • The wooden base is covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 7-days replacement from the date of purchase.
  • Disposable files are not covered under warranty due to their single-use nature.

2. What’s Covered?

✔ Defects in materials or workmanship (wooden base only).

✔ Issues affecting the performance of the wooden base.

3. What’s Not Covered?

✘ Normal wear and tear of disposable files.

✘ Damage due to improper storage or misuse.

✘ Exposure to excessive moisture leading to material degradation.

4. Warranty Claim Process

  • Contact Customer service with proof of purchase.
  • Provide photos or a description of the issue for evaluation.
  • If approved, a replacement wooden base will be provided.
