General Application:

Bit Installation:

Speed Settings:

  • Medium speed (10,000–20,000 RPM) – Refining nail folds and removing minor imperfections.
  • Higher speed (20,000–25,000 RPM) – Callus and keratinized skin removal (for professional use only).

Post-Use Cleaning:

  1. Remove debris using a nail brush or ultrasonic cleaner.
  2. Disinfect in an approved solution following hygiene standards.
  3. Sterilize using an autoclave or dry heat sterilizer for safe reuse.
  4. Store in a clean, dry place to maintain sharpness and durability.

All claims must be supported by proof such as a complete unboxing video, clear photos, and a description of the issue. Contact us immediately for assessment. Valid claims may qualify for replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation and item condition.

Unsealed Items (Non-Devices)

These are opened but unused items that are not considered electronic devices.

  • Returns or replacements are not accepted unless the item is proven defective upon arrival.
  • Defects must be reported within a reasonable timeframe (preferably within 7 days of receipt). Issues such as missing items or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours.
  • All claims must be supported by proof such as a complete unboxing video, clear photos, and a written explanation for assessment.

Devices (e.g., Nail Drills, Curing Lamps, etc.)

Devices are covered by a 7-day warranty for verified factory defects.

  • Our team will assess reported issues to determine the appropriate resolution. Replacements will be processed if the defect is confirmed. Refunds may be granted if neither repair nor replacement is feasible.
  • All claims must be supported by proof such as a complete unboxing video, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
  • QA checks are available by request before shipping.
  • Devices may be unsealed for QA, even if originally factory-sealed.

What Is Covered
