Description

A reusable metal mandrel designed to hold compatible adhesive sanding discs during professional e-file services. Its flat, circular surface provides a stable base for disposable abrasive discs, allowing smooth and controlled filing over larger areas.

Ideal for professional pedicure services, including smoothing rough or callused skin, refining the feet, and other surface work depending on the grit of the sanding disc used. Similar professional pedicure disc systems use interchangeable abrasive discs so the technician can select the appropriate grit for the condition of the skin.

Usage

Insert the mandrel securely into the e-file handpiece.

Apply a compatible adhesive sanding disc to the flat surface, making sure it is centered, firmly attached, and does not extend beyond the edge of the mandrel.

Use with light pressure and controlled movements. Keep the disc moving over the working area and avoid pressing heavily against the skin to help minimize heat buildup and over-filing.

Remove and discard the sanding disc after each client.

Care

Remove the used sanding disc immediately after the service. Do not leave the adhesive disc attached to the mandrel for extended periods.

Clean away dust and adhesive residue before disinfection. Avoid using abrasive or metal objects that may scratch or damage the surface.

Disinfect according to the recommended procedure for the material of your mandrel and allow it to dry completely before storage.

Store in a clean, dry place and inspect regularly for bending, damage, or deformation. Do not use a damaged mandrel, as an uneven disc may create vibration during service.
