Description
Disposable abrasive sanding caps designed for use with a compatible Sanding Cap mandrel and professional e-file. Their rounded shape allows controlled contact with the skin, making them ideal for reducing rough, hardened, and callused areas during dry pedicure services.
The sanding cap fits snugly over the rubber mandrel without the need for adhesive and can be used around areas such as the heels and balls of the feet. Comparable professional sanding caps are intended for controlled callus reduction and skin refinement rather than aggressive removal.
80 Grit – Coarse
Recommended for thick, hard, and heavily callused skin. Suitable for initial reduction of stubborn rough areas that require stronger abrasion.
180 Grit – Medium
Recommended for moderate calluses and general smoothing. Ideal for refining rough skin after using a coarser grit or for areas that do not require aggressive removal.
240 Grit – Fine
Recommended for final smoothing and finishing. Helps refine the skin after callus reduction and leaves the treated area feeling smoother and more even.
Usage
Push the sanding cap completely onto the mandrel until it fits securely.
Insert the mandrel into the e-file hand piece and work using light pressure and controlled movements. Keep the sanding cap moving continuously and reduce hardened skin gradually.
Choose the appropriate grit according to the thickness and condition of the skin.
Remove and discard the sanding cap after each client.
Care
Sanding caps are single-use only and should not be cleaned, disinfected, sterilized, or reused.
Always use a fresh sanding cap for every client.
Store unused sanding caps in a clean, dry place away from moisture and contamination.
Check that the sanding cap fits securely on the mandrel before use and discard any cap that is damaged, worn, or loose.
