Description
Disposable adhesive sanding discs designed for use with a compatible metal sanding disc mandrel. They provide controlled abrasion during professional e-file pedicure services and allow the technician to choose the appropriate grit depending on the condition of the skin.
Ideal for reducing hard and callused skin, smoothing rough areas, and refining the feet for a softer, more even finish. Comparable professional pedicure systems use progressively finer grits from coarse removal to final smoothing.
80 Grit – Coarse
Recommended for thick, hard, and heavily callused areas that require stronger abrasion. Best used for targeted reduction of stubborn rough skin rather than general finishing.
150 Grit – Medium
Recommended for general callus reduction, leveling, and smoothing. It can be used after a coarser grit to refine the treated area or on moderately rough skin that does not require aggressive removal.
240 Grit – Fine
Recommended for final smoothing and finishing after thicker rough skin has been reduced. It helps refine the surface and leave the skin feeling smoother and more even.
Usage
Select the appropriate grit according to the condition of the skin.
Remove the protective backing and attach the sanding disc securely and evenly to the compatible mandrel.
Insert the mandrel into the e-file and work with light pressure and controlled movements. Keep the disc moving and avoid staying in one area for too long to minimize heat buildup and over-filing.
Remove and discard the sanding disc after each client.
Care
Sanding discs are single-use only and should not be cleaned, disinfected, or reused.
Store unused discs in a clean, dry place away from moisture and contamination.
Always use a fresh sanding disc for every client and make sure it is securely attached to the mandrel before use.
